All Whiplash charters include starters and a full food and beverage service prepared on board by your crew. Starters include a seasonal fruit platter, fresh guacamole, chips, and pico de gallo. For the main course, choose from Steak Fajitas served family style with corn or flour tortillas, fresh salsas, guacamole, and sour cream; Chicken Fajitas prepared the same way; or Classic Fish Ceviche made traditional Mexican style with fresh fish, tomato, onion, cilantro, cucumber, and avocado. The open bar is stocked with Tequila, Whisky, Rum, Vodka, Coke, beer, water, and soft drinks throughout your charter.

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your charter date are fully refundable. In the event of severe weather we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. Crew gratuity is not included and greatly appreciated. 15 to 20 percent of the charter rate is customary and goes directly to your captain and crew.
